When you create or join a household on Beyond, you agree that household data (shared essentials, orders, wallet) is accessible to all household members. You can manage member permissions through the app.

5. Payments and Billing

Orders placed through Beyond are subject to product availability and pricing at the time of order. Subscription fees are billed according to your selected plan and billing cycle.

6. Pharmacy Services

Pharmacy consultations on Beyond are provided by licensed pharmacists. Beyond facilitates the connection but is not a healthcare provider. Always consult a doctor for medical emergencies.

7. AI Services

Beyond's AI assistant provides recommendations and suggestions based on your household data. While we strive for accuracy, AI responses should not be considered professional medical, financial, or legal advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

Beyond is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
